Global vertebral fixation device to be positioned between at least two successive vertebrae. The device is characterized in that it comprises pedicle implants of the type including an external bone pin, each implantable in one vertebra. Each implant is capable of being associated by its pin with different types of interchangeable spacers into which are inserted, either temporarily or permanently, one or more separate rigid (6, 7) or flexible (5) elements.

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif global de stabilisation du rachis, à mettre en place entre au moins deux vertèbres consécutives, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des implants pédiculaires du type comportant un axe extra-osseux, implantables chacun dans une vertèbre respective, chaque implant pouvant être associé par son axe à différents types d'entretoises interchangeables aptes à recevoir un ou plusieurs éléments indépendants rigide(s) (6, 7) ou souple(s) (5) à titre précaire ou définitif.
