The present invention relates to compositions forming a low viscosity mixture of: a) at least one neutral diacyl lipid, such as a diacyl glycerol; b) at least one phospholipid, such as a phosphatidyl choline; c) at least one biotolerable solvent, such as an oxygen containing solvent; d) at least one GLP-1 analogue; wherein the pre-formulation forms, or is capable of forming, at least one liquid crystalline phase structure upon contact with an aqueous fluid. The invention further relates to methods of treatment comprising administration of such compositions, especially in treating diabetes, and to pre-filled administration devices and kits containing the formulations.
La présente invention concerne des compositions formant un mélange de faible viscosité de: a) au moins un lipide diacylique neutre, tel qu'un glycérol diacylique; b) au moins un phospholipide, tel qu'une choline phosphatidylique; c) au moins un solvant biotoléré, tel qu'un solvant oxygéné; d) au moins un analogue de GPL-1; compositions dans lesquelles la pré-formulation forme, ou est susceptible de former, au moins une structure de phase cristalline liquide lorsqu'elle entre en contact avec un fluide aqueux. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés de traitement comprenant l'administration de telles compositions, plus particulièrement pour le traitement de diabètes, et des dispositifs d'administration préremplis et des kits contenant les formulations.
