Glucopyranosyloxybenzylbenzene derivatives represented by the following general formula (I), which are useful as preventives or remedies for diseases caused by hyperglycemia (for example, diabetes, diabetic complications, obesity) because of having a human SGLT2 activity inhibitory effect, and pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof: (I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, optionally substituted amino, carbamoyl, optionally substituted lower alkyl, optionally substituted lower alkoxy, etc.; R2 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; and R3 represents optionally substituted lower alkyl, optionally substituted lower alkoxy, optionally substituted lower alkylthio, etc.
L'invention concerne des dérivés de glucopyranosyloxybenzylbenzène représentés par la formule générale (I).
