A glucopyranosyloxypyrazole derivative represented by the following general formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the derivative, or a prodrug of either. (I) The compound has excellent inhibitory activity against human SGLT1 and is useful as a preventive or remedy for diseases attributable to hyperglycemia such as diabetes, complications of diabetes, and obesity. Also provided are a medicinal composition containing the derivative, salt, or prodrug; a medicinal use thereof; and an intermediate for the derivative. (In the general formula (I), R1 is hydrogen, etc.; one of Q and T is the group represented by (II) and the other is optionally substituted alkyl, etc.; and R2 is halogeno, etc.)
L'invention concerne un dérivé de glucopyranosyloxypyrazole, représenté par la formule générale (I), un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier, ou un promédicament des deux. Ce composé présente un excellent effet inhibiteur des SGLT-1 humains et s'utilise comme agent prophylactique ou thérapeutique pour les maladies liées à l'hyperglycémie, telles que le diabète, les complications du diabète et l'obésité. Par ailleurs, l'invention concerne une composition médicinale contenant lesdits dérivé, sel ou promédicament ; l'utilisation médicinale correspondante ; et un intermédiaire pour ce dérivé. Dans la formule (I) précitée, R?1¿ désigne hydrogène, etc. ; Q et/ou T désigne le groupe représenté par (II), et, lorsque Q représente ledit groupe, T représente alkyle substitué, etc., et lorsque T représente ledit groupe, Q représente alkyle substitué ; et R?3¿ désigne halogéno, etc..
