Abstract In vitro enzymatic processes which effici- ently convert compounds containing a primary alcohol to their corresponding novel O-glucuronic acid derivatives. Exemplified as starting com- pounds are anticholinergics containing a primary alcohol. The novel glucuronides are useful as UV absorbents.
