Disclosed is a method for improving the storage stability of glutathione, which is characterized by allowing glutathione to co-exist with an arginine-acidic amino acid salt. Also disclosed is a method for producing a glutathione preparation, which is characterized by mixing glutathione with an arginine-acidic amino acid salt. It becomes possible to provide a glutathione preparation which is hardly deteriorated in quality during the production process. Further disclosed is a method for storing glutathione, which is characterized by allowing glutathione to co-exist with an arginine-acidic amino acid salt. The method enables to prevent the deterioration in quality of glutathione during storage.

La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à améliorer la stabilité de stockage du glutathion, qui se caractérise par le fait de laisser le glutathion coexister avec un sel d'acide aminé acide d'arginine. La présente invention concerne également un procédé destiné à produire une préparation de glutathion, qui se caractérise par le mélange de glutathion avec un sel d'acide aminé acide d'arginine. Il devient possible de fournir une préparation de glutathion dont la qualité se dégrade très peu durant le processus de production. Enfin, l'invention concerne un procédé de stockage du glutathion, qui se caractérise par le fait de laisser le glutathion coexister avec un sel d'acide aminé acide d'arginine. Ledit procédé permet d'empêcher la dégradation de la qualité du glutathion au cours du stockage.
