The invention described herein provides a preparation comprising a non- mammalian derived mixture of serine glycerophospholipid conjugates with a specific content and specific conjugation patterns of LA, linolenic acid (alpha-linolenic acid, gamma-linolenic acid) DHA and eicosapentaenoyl (EPA), e.g. utilizing different sources of lipids, and uses thereof.
