A glycidylester of general formula (I) in which R1 and R4 are the same or different C1-C6 alkyl or C6-C10 cycloalkyl groups, and R2 and R3 are the same or different and are H or C1-C6 alkyl or C6-C10 cycloalkyl groups. The glycidylester is used in a thermosetting resin composition, comprising also a curing compound and preferably an advanced resin product. The thermosetting resin composition can be applied for outdoor durable coatings, having excellent resistance against acid rain.
L'invention concerne un glycidylester présentant la formule générale (I). Dans cette dernière, R¿1? et R¿4? sont identiques ou différents groupes alkyle C¿1?-C¿6? ou cycloalkyle C¿6?-C¿10?, et R¿2? et R¿3? sont identiques ou différents et sont des groupes H ou alkyle C¿1?-C¿6? ou cycloalkyle C¿6?-C¿10?. Le glycidylester est utilisé dans une composition de résine thermodurcissable, et comprend également un composé durcissant et de préférence, un produit de résine sophistiqué. La composition de résine thermodurcissable peut être appliquée à des revêtements résistants pour extérieur, présentant une excellente résistance aux pluies acides.
