The invention provides an antibody of human IgGl or IgG3 type being glycosylated with a sugar chain at Asn297, said antibody being characterized in that the amount of fucose within said sugar chain is at least 99%, and in addition the amount of NGNA is 1% or less and/ or the amount of N-terminal alpha 1,3 galactose is 1% or less, and uses thereof.

L'invention concerne un anticorps humain de type IgGl ou IgG3, glycosylé par une chaîne de sucre en position Asn297, ledit anticorps étant caractérisé en ce que la quantité de fucose dans ladite chaîne de sucre est d'au moins 99 %. De plus, la quantité de NGNA représente 1 % ou moins et/ou la quantité d'alpha-1,3-galactose N-terminal représente 1 % ou moins. L'invention concerne également les utilisations dudit anticorps.
