The glyphosate herbicide composition comprises 1 ~ 98% (w/w) water- soluble glyphosate salt derivative, 2 ~ 99% (w/w) organic extender and 0.5 ~ 4% (w/w) water. The herbicide according to the present invention uses an organic compound as an extender, hence providing a safe, environmentally friendly and effective glyphosate herbicide.
