CT-2116 ABSTRACT Provided are oligopeptides which are capable of inhibiting the biological activity of a granulocyte- macrophage colony stimulating factor ("GN-CSF"). These oligopeptides are useful for alleviating undesirable biological effects mediated by GM-CSF. In particular, the oligopeptides are useful for inhibiting the growth of a GM-CSF dependent neoplastic disease. Also provided are formulations and methods for using the oligopeptides of the invention.
