The present invention relates to compositions forming a low viscosity mixture of: a) at least one diacyl glycerol; b) at least one phosphatidyl choline; c) at least one oxygen containing organic solvent; d) at least one GnRH analogue; Wherein the pre-formulation forms, or is capable of forming, at least one liquid crystalline phase structure upon contact with an aqueous fluid. The invention further relates to methods of treatment comprising administration of such compositions, pre-filled administration devices and kits containing the formulations.
L'invention concerne des compositions constituant un mélange peu visqueux de: a) au moins un diacyl glycérol, b) au moins une phosphatidyl choline; c) au moins un solvant organique contenant oxygène; d) au moins un analogue de GnRH; la pré-formulation constituant, ou est capable de constituer, au moins une structure possédant une phase liquide cristalline lorsqu'elle est en contact avec un fluide aqueux. Elle concerne, de plus, des méthodes de traitement consistant à administrer ces compositions, des dispositifs d'administration préalablement remplis et des trousses contenant ces formulations.
