In a book pillow for holding a book while reading, it is common to have a single angle and only one method to secure the book to the pillow. In this invention the book pillow is designed to be utilized in two or more positions and is equipped to secure the book in any position and includes an elastic strap for positive book security. This invention also utilizes large fabric covered piping to provide a ledge upon which to rest the book in any position. The alternative angle position allows the reader to utilize the book pillow while lying down or while seated at a table or otherwise. This invention is also designed to be used as a travel pillow for auto, bus or air travel.
