ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This golf ball retriever is adapted to be removably engaged on the handle of a golf club, to permit a golfer to retrieve a ball, for example from a golf cup, by pressing the retriever against the ball so that it enters and is retained by the retriever. The retriever includes clamp means to engage the handle of a golf club, and a plurality of resilient arms which support a circular coil spring, through which the ball passes as it is retrieved.
