Golf Club ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A golf club includes means for means for preventing a head of the club from twisting when a ball is hit. The preventing means extends from a neck of the head at least to a portion of the head which is close to a distal end thereof. For example, the preventing means may extend from an upper portion of the neck to a portion of an upper surface of the head which is close to the distal end thereof. Or the the preventing means may ex- tend from a middle portion of the neck to a portion of a surface of the head opposite to a face thereof which is close to the distal end thereof. According to one embodiment of the inven- tion, the preventing means may comprise plural members extending from the neck of the head to the distal end thereof and to an opposed end thereof, respectively. The preventing means may be welded to the head or formed integrally with the head.
