- 14 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A golf club protector that includes a rigid tube sized to house the shaft section of an individual golf club, and a flexible hollow cover attached to the upper end of the tube to surround (and shield) the hitting head of the club. An elongated slot-like opening is formed in the cover to permit the club head (and shaft) to be moved into or out of the protector.
