A golf club head fabrication method including the steps of i) preparing a rubber mixture and pre-warming it in a material tank of an injection molding machine; ii) preparing a club head casing (2) having a front open chamber (22), a top filling hole (24), and an inside flange (23) within the front open chamber (22), then welding a face panel (25) to the inside flange (23) to close the front open chamber(22), and then filling a bonding agent through the filling hole (24) into the front open chamber (22), and then pre-heating the club head casing (2); and iii) injecting the pre-warmed rubber mixture into the filling hole (24) to mold a shock absorbing rubber layer (1) in the front open chamber (22) of the club head casing (2) through a vulcanization process.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de tête de bâton de golf comportant les étapes suivantes : i) préparation d'un mélange de caoutchouc et pré-chauffage dans le réservoir d'une machine de moulage par injection; ii) fabrication d'un corps (2) définissant une cavité (22) ouverte sur le devant du corps et comportant un trou de remplissage (24) sur le dessus et un rebord (23) dans la cavité (22), suivie du soudage d'une plaque (25) au rebord (23) pour fermer la cavité (22), puis remplissage de la cavité (22) par le trou (24) avec un liant et chauffage de la tête de bâton; et iii) injection du mélange de caoutchouc pré-chauffé dans le trou de remplissage (24) pour former une couche amortisseuse (1) dans la cavité (22) de la tête de bâton de golf (2) par un procédé de vulcanisation.
