Golf training glasses to assist a golfer's swing and ball connection. The entire device consists of an inner base or sub frame (without lenses) and an outer frame (without lenses) which functions as an adjustable sight gauge. The sight gauge is attached to the base frame by a hinged clip which allows the sight gauge to be flipped up or detached from the base frame entirely when not in use. The sight gauge has two separate sight guides, one for the right eye and one for the left eye, which are connected to the sight gauge by separate threaded guide posts or screws. The sight guides are designed as hollowed rectangles or cylinders. The upper and lower ridges of the rectangle create an optical viewing line or sight line or viewing channel between the two ridges. The channel acts as a pathway helping to frame in the golf ball, the golf putter/club and the hole so that you are able to take the putter/club back in a straight line from back-swing to follow- through and strike the ball in a straight path to the hole. The sight guides are able to move up and down the guide posts by an adjustable tracking wheel, or other, mechanism device. This function is critical because the inter-pupillary distance or height (PD) is different in each eye of each end user. (The PD is the distance between the centers of the pupils). Thus the only way to truly make the channel function properly is to align both eyes by adjusting the PD line for each eye by moving each sight guide up and down the guide posts independently of each other to frame in both the right eye and the left eye separately. By doing this you will be able to focus on the ball, putter/club back-swing and hole at the same time thereby facilitating a smoother stroke on a straight path. The entire device is worn on the head around the ears by the base frame arms or temples.
