The invention relates to compounds having general formula (I), wherein R¿1? and R¿2? represent, independently of each other, -OH, or -CH¿2?-O-R¿3?, or -CH¿2?-S-R¿3?, or formula (II), R¿3?, R¿4?, R¿5? and R¿6? representing, independently of each other, -H or a carbon group with between 1 and 10 saturated or unsaturated carbon atoms optionally substituted by one or more heteroaromatic groups. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions that contain said compounds and to the uses thereof, including for the treatment of cancers.
La présente invention concerne des composés de formule générale (I), dans laquelle, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, R1 et R2 représentent : -OH, ou -CH2- O-R3, ou -CH2-S-R3, ou formule (II), R3, R4, R5 et R6 représentant, indépendamment les uns des autres, -H ou un groupement carboné de 1 à 10 atomes de carbones, saturé ou non, éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupements hétéroatomiques. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces composés, et leurs utilisations, notamment dans le cadre du traitement des cancers.
