The server (19) provides indications of the device's location to a home page associated with the device. The home page includes information about a user of the device (13) and methods of contacting the user at any particular time. The server is also in communication with a variety of application servers. The application servers push information to the device (19) depending on the device location and preferences listed in the home page of the device.
