Improving a grab rail and a muffler support structure reduces the number of components and simplifies the structure, thus reducing cost. A grab rail 72 attached to the rear portion of seat rails 33 supporting a seat is provided with left mount holes 121 and right mount holes 122 serving as a mount portion used to attach the grab rail 72 to the seat rails 33, and a muffler support 102 for supporting the muffler of an exhaust system. The grab rail 72 also serves as the muffler support 102.
