ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A process for producing a graft copolymer is disclosed. The graft copolymer, based on a rubber which contains phenolic OH groups and grafted with polycarbonate chains is produced under the conditions of the two-phase interfacial polycondensation.
