A stent graft device for locating inside an aorta affected by an aneurysm causing the aorta having an inner diameter smaller than the sum of inner diameters of the iliac arteries, the graft having an upper main tubular portion dividing into two pending graft limbs capable of accommodating together within the restricted inner diameter of the aorta without the restriction of the aorta affecting the diameter of the limbs, the limbs having respective distal end portions having diameters larger than the diameters of the graft limbs so as to be accommodated and retained within the iliac arteries.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de prothèse endovasculaire, à placer à l'intérieur d'une aorte présentant un anévrisme réduisant sa taille dans des proportions telles que son diamètre intérieur est inférieur à la somme des diamètres intérieurs des artères iliaques. Ladite prothèse comprend une partie tubulaire principale supérieure se subdivisant en deux branches prothétiques pendantes pouvant s'adapter conjointement dans la partie à diamètre intérieur réduit de l'aorte sans que le diamètre de cette dernière ne modifie celui des branches. Le diamètre desdites branches prothétiques augmente au niveau des parties d'extrémité distale respectives, de sorte que lesdites branches puissent se loger et être retenues dans les artères iliaques.
