- 18 - GRAIN BIN HOPPER BOTTOM ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A kit is used for manufacturing a bolt together hopper bottom. The hopper bottom has a main supporting ring made up of a series of ring segments held together with bolt on joining plates. The joining plates support legs of the hopper bottom. A cone support flange is located on the inside of each support ring segment and supports the outer edge of the cone. The cone itself is made up of segments that are bolted together. The hopper bottom may be assembled in an inverted position and then turned over into an upright position for mounting of the bin.
