The invention provides a grain bin sampler for retrieving individual grain samples from various known locations within a grain bin. An inner sleeve slides and rotates within an outer sleeve to align holes in the inner sleeve with corresponding holes in the outer sleeve. When the holes are aligned, grain flows through the hollow interior of the inner sleeve to the exterior of the bin, where it may be collected for examination. A neutral position is provided where no holes are aligned and no grain flows.
