A grain bin ventilation device comprises a fan having a circular housing for being supported in an existing opening of a grain bin. The housing is suitable shaped for mating engagement with the rim about the existing opening. A channel about a periphery of the housing permits an electrical cord of the fan to be wound about the housing. A carrying strap is provided on the housing so that the device is readily portable from one grain bin to the next.
