ABSTRACT: In a prairie grain elevator car loading system, it is known to have a spout on the track side outside wall with flex sections at the bottom to direct the telescoping spout into the grain car. In this invention, a dead head valve and/or a "K" valve has the dead head valve or "K" valve (the "K" valve system can be used for loading box cars and/or hopper cars) rotating 180 degrees on bearings at the top and thebottom end and is situated at the bottom of the wall spout to direct product through a telescoping spout to hopper cars and through flexes at the bottom end of the "K" valve to direct product to box cars. Where the loading spout is inserted at the top of the dead head valve and "K" valve, a dust seal is installed to prevent blowback of dust and grain chaff.
