Disclosed is the feed or feed additive granular agent containing a physiologically active substance and a coating layer having a laminar structure in which the tabular crystals are arranged in a laminated state. The coating layer comprises (a) one or more substances selected from the group consisting of a specific fatty acid or ester thereof, a specific animal or vegetable fat and fatty oil which may be hardened by hydrogenation, and a specific wax, and (b) tabular crystals of a substance which is sparingly water-soluble under a neutral condition but is readily water-soluble under an acidic condition and which has an average particle size of 5 to 30 µm. The granular agent has a high mechanical strength and increased durability in the rumen and solubility and absorption of the physiologically active substance contained in the abomasum or downstream thereof in ruminants.
La présente invention porte sur un agent en granules utilisé dans les aliments pour animaux ou comme additif d'aliments pour animaux et qui comprend une substance physiologiquement active et une couche d'enrobage à structure laminaire dans laquelle des cristaux tabulaires sont dans un état laminé. La couche d'enrobage contient a) une ou plusieurs substances choisies dans un groupe composé d'un acide gras donné, ou de l'ester de cet acide gras, d'une graisse animale ou végétale donnée, d'une huile grasse animale ou végétale donnée, pouvant avoir été durcie par hydrogénation, et d'une cire donnée, ainsi que b) des cristaux tabulaires d'une substance légèrement hydrosoluble en milieu neutre et très hydrosoluble en milieu acide dont la granulométrie est comprise en moyenne entre 5 et 30 µm. Cet agent en granules possède une grande résistance mécanique et une durabilité accrue dans le rumen et, dans la caillette ou plus loin dans le système digestif des ruminants, la substance physiologiquement active a un caractère de solubilité et d'absorption.
