A granular polysaccharide polymer having phthalocyanine bonded thereto which is a crosslinked polymer consisting of phthalocyanine skeleton covalently bonded to crosslinked grain-type porous chitosan. By using it as an adsorbent, an organic polycyclic substance contained in a solution can be selectively adsorbed, desorbed or removed. The polysaccharide polymer having phthalocyanine bonded thereto as described above is excellent in the ability to adsorb organic polycyclic substances and the ability to desorb the adsorbed organic polycyclic substances. Therefore, the crosslinked polymer as described above is useful particularly in selectively adsorbing, desorbing, concentrating and separating organic polycyclic substances such as mutagens occurring in a trace amount in the environment, foods, tasty products, biological samples and so on. Thus, it is widely usable in qualitatively analyzing, quantifying or removing these mutagens.
L'invention concerne un polymère de polysaccharide granulaire lié à un squelette de phthalocyanine. Ce polymère est un polymère réticulé consistant en un squelette de phthalocyanine lié de manière covalente à un chitosane poreux de type grain réticulé. En l'utilisant comme adsorbant, une substance polycyclique organique contenue dans une solution peut être sélectivement adsorbée, désorbée ou retirée. Le polymère de polysaccharide lié à une phthalocyanine comme susmentionné a une excellente aptitude à adsorber des substances polycycliques organiques et à désorber les substances polycycliques organiques adsorbées. A cet effet, le polymère réticulé susmentionné est utile notamment dans l'absorption sélective, la désorption, la concentration et la séparation de substances polycycliques organiques telles que les mutagènes apparaissant à l'état de trace dans l'environnement, les aliments, les prélèvements biologiques etc. Il est ainsi largement utilisable dans l'analyse quantitative, la quantification ou l'enlèvement de ces mutagènes.
