A granular preparation comprising particles prepared by melt granulation of a powdered low-melting oily substance and a powdered medicine, the particles being coated with a finely powdered hydrophobic and oil-absorbing high polymeric compound (if desired, together with a finely powdered diluent) by melt coating, and a producing process thereof. The preparation does not cake even under heat and humid conditions and is effective for masking bitterness of a medicine.

Préparation granulaire comprenant des granules préparées en effectuant la granulation d'un médicament en poudre avec un matériau huileux granulaire/pulvérulent à point de fusion bas, à l'état de fusion, puis le revêtement en fusion des granules avec un composé polymère hydrophobe absorbant l'huile et se présentant sous la forme d'une poudre fine. Procédé de production de ladite préparation. Cette préparation ne se solidifie pas, même à la chaleur et à l'humidité et elle permet de masquer efficacement l'amertume du médicament.
