A granular sweetener improved in the solubility of an otherwise poorly soluble high-sweetness synthetic sweetener aspartame (APM), haracterized by containing aspartame and acesulfame K as the active ingredient in such a manner that acesulfame K accounts for 5-90 wt.% f the whole and comprising granules with the maximum grain diameter of about 1,400 µm or less.

L'invention concerne un édulcorant granulaire amélioré en termes de solubilité par rapport à un aspartame (APM) édulcorant synthétique à fort goût sucré peu soluble. L'édulcorant est caractérisé en ce qu'il renferme un aspartame et un acésulfame-K comme principe actif de manière que l'acésulfame-K représente entre 5 et 90 % en poids de la totalité, l'édulcorant comprenant des granulés dont la granulométrie maximum est d'environ 1,400 mu m ou moins.
