Water-redispersible granules prepared by drying a water-in-oil emulsion including at least one active material in the form of a hydrophobic liquid; at least one water-soluble compound capable of forming, during the drying process, a solid continuous film in which droplets of the hydrophobic active material are trapped; water; and at least one main surfactant with a binary water-surfactant phase diagram comprising an isotropic phase that is fluid at 25 DEG C up to a surfactant concentration of at least 50 wt %, followed at higher concentrations by a hexagonal, cubic or lamellar liquid crystal phase that is stable at least up to 65 DEG C.

La présente invention a pour objet des granulés redispersables dans l'eau, obtenus par séchage d'une émulsion huile dans eau comprenant: au moins une matière active sous forme de liquide hydrophobe; au moins un composé hydrosoluble susceptible de former au cours de l'opération de séchage un film continu solide emprisonnant les gouttelettes de matière active hydrophobe; de l'eau; et au moins un agent tensio-actif principal dont le diagramme de phases binaire eau-agent tensio-actif, comporte une phase isotrope fluide à 25 °C jusqu'à une concentration d'au moins 50 % en poids de tensio-actif, suivie, à des concentrations supérieures, d'une phase cristal liquide de type hexagonal, cubique ou lamellaire stable au moins jusqu'à 65 °C.
