[PROBLEMS] When a lightweight and porous inorganic substance is employed in a large amount as a filler, it is impossible in the subsequent tabletting step using a tabletting machine to supply a desired amount of the resultant powder into a mortar having a definite diameter. As a result, extremely lightweight tablets are produced. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A method of producing tablets characterized by comprising dissolving or dispersing an oily substance, a liquid substance originating in a natural material or a low-melting substance in an organic solvent, allowing a porous calcium silicate powder to adsorb and hold this solution, adding a starch and/or a saccharide thereto, granulating the obtained mixture to give granules having an appropriate loose bulk density and then compressing these granules to give tablets.

Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de cette invention concerne l'impossibilité d'acheminer la quantité désirée de poudre obtenue dans un mortier au diamètre défini dans le cadre de la confection de comprimés utilisant une machine à confectionner des comprimés lorsque l'on emploie en grande quantité une substance inorganique poreuse et légère servant d'agent de remplissage. Ceci permet d'obtenir des comprimés extrêmement légers. La solution proposée consiste à mettre en AEuvre un procédé de production de comprimés qui se caractérise en ce qu'il dissout ou disperse une substance huileuse, une substance liquide provenant d'un matériau naturel ou une substance à point de fusion bas dans un solvant organique, en ce qu'il permet à une poudre de silicate de calcium poreuse d'adsorber et de retenir cette solution, d'y ajouter de l'amidon et/ou un saccharide, de granuler le mélange obtenu afin d'obtenir des granules possédant une masse volumique non tassée appropriée, puis de comprimer ces granules afin d'obtenir des comprimés.
