A urinal assembly is provided having a urinal and a tank disposed on and integral with the urinal. The tank includes a valve assembly that releases water from the tank to the urinal when flushing is desired. The urinal and the tank include an aperture which allows water to flow through from the tank to the urinal when the flush valve is open. The aperture is approximately 2 3/4 inches in diameter to provide a high flow rate. The urinal assembly may be used with a supply pipe of small diameter, e.g., inch, thereby reducing the size and cost of the supply pipe that is typically required for use with other systems, i.e., flushometer operated urinals. The tank operates by the force of gravity on the water within the tank obviating the need for expensive diaphragm or piston valve components.
