A grid construction for a fluidized bed reactor, the reactor including a reaction chamber defined by substantially vertical walls, in which a fluidized bed of solid particles is maintained, and a windbox under the reaction chamber, in a lower portion of the reactor. The grid construction is positioned between the reaction chamber and the windbox and includes (a) multiple continuous nozzle lines for distributing fluidizing gas from the windbox into the reaction chamber, for suspending the fluidized bed in the reaction chamber, and (b) continuous trenches between the nozzle lines. The nozzle lines include multiple gas outlets, having a main gas flow direction, at side faces of said nozzle lines, for directing fluidizing gas jets towards an adjacent trench.
L'invention porte sur une structure de grille d'un réacteur à lit fluidisé, ce réacteur comprenant une chambre de réaction formée de parois sensiblement verticales et dans laquelle est maintenu un lit fluidisé de particules solides, et un caisson d'admission d'air placé sous la chambre de réaction, dans une partie inférieure du réacteur. La structure de grille est positionnée entre la chambre de réaction et le caisson d'admission d'air et comprend (a) plusieurs canaux d'aspersion permettant de distribuer le gaz fluidisé depuis le caisson d'admission d'air pour l'introduire dans la chambre de réaction, et de suspendre le lit fluidisé dans la chambre de réaction, et (b) des tranchées continues placées entre les canaux d'aspersion. Les canaux d'aspersion comprennent plusieurs orifices d'évacuation du gaz qui ont un sens d'écoulement principal, au niveau de leurs faces latérales, afin de diriger les jets de gaz fluidisé vers une tranchée adjacente.
