The invention relates to a grinding tool (10) for profiled strips made of wood comprising a base body (15), which can be rotationally driven and on which a base profiled body (13) made of an elastic material is placed in a rotationally fixed manner. In addition, the grinding tool is equipped with a grinding means (11) and should be designed as to distinctly reduce the tool costs without having to accept a reduction in quality of the profiled strips to be ground. According to the invention, a base profiled body (13) having a constant cross-section is used for the different cross-sections for the profiled strips to be ground. The base profiled body (13) comprises a cylindrical ring (13a) on which an outwardly directed, radial supporting ring (13b) is placed on at least one face end area. The cylindrical ring (13a) and the outwardly directed supporting ring (13b) are manufactured as a single piece from an elastic material. The inventive grinding tool (10) is particularly suited for the manufacturing of profiled strips by machining.
La présente invention concerne un outil de rectification (10) destiné à des baguettes profilées en bois, ledit outil comprenant un corps de base (15) pouvant être entraîné en rotation et sur lequel un corps profilé de base (13) en matériau élastique peut être mis en place de manière fixe, l'outil de rectification étant équipé d'un élément de rectification (11). La présente invention a pour objet la réalisation d'un outil de rectification permettant une diminution significative des coûts liés à l'outil, sans diminution de la qualité des baguettes profilées à rectifier. L'invention fait intervenir l'utilisation d'un corps profilé de base (13) destiné à des baguettes profilées à rectifier ayant des sections différentes, et ayant lui-même une section constante. Le corps profilé de base (13) présente un anneau cylindrique (13a) contre lequel est disposé, au niveau d'au moins une zone d'extrémité frontale, un anneau d'appui radial dirigé vers l'extérieur (13b). L'anneau cylindrique (13a) et l'anneau d'appui dirigé vers l'extérieur (13b) sont réalisés en une seule pièce à partir d'un matériau élastique. L'outil de rectification (10) de l'invention convient en particulier à la réalisation de baguettes profilées par usinage.
