A grinding wheel for producing internal profilings is provided. A grinding disk is disposed at the front end of a rod-like grinding machine arm at the respective angle of slope of the internal profiling that is to be produced. The grinding disk is adapted to be driven by a drive shaft, which is disposed at the other end of the arm, via a drive that extends through the arm. In order, with a simple construction and the use of a disk having a profile that corresponds to the internal profiling that is to be produced, to make it possible to set the grinding disk to the respective angle of slope of the internal profiling that is to be produced, the drive includes a belt that is disposed in the arm and that via respective belt pulleys connects the drive shaft with an intermediate shaft mounted in the front end of the arm. The grinding disk is disposed on a spindle that can be driven by the intermediate shaft via a pair of gear wheels and that, via its bearings, is mounted on the arm in such a way as to be pivotable about the center point of the gear wheel that is disposed on the intermediate shaft.
Meule servant à la fabrication de profilages internes. Un disque abrasif est placé à l'avant d'un bras-tige d'une machine à meuler à l'angle de pente correspondant au profilage interne à réaliser. Le disque abrasif est adapté pour être commandé par un arbre d'entraînement, lequel est placé à l'autre extrémité du bras par le biais d'un mécanisme d'entraînement contenu dans le bras. Pour une simple construction en utilisant un disque dont le profil correspond au profilage interne à réaliser et afin de pouvoir placer le disque abrasif dans l'angle de pente correspondant au profilage interne à réaliser, le mécanisme d'entraînement comprend une courroie placée dans le bras. Cette courroie, reliée à l'arbre d'entraînement par des roues de courroie, relie l'arbre d'entraînement à un arbre intermédiaire monté à l'avant du bras. Le disque abrasif est installé sur un rotor pouvant être actionné par l'arbre intermédiaire via une paire de roues dentées, ces dernières étant montées, via leurs coussinets, sur le bras et de telle sorte qu'elles peuvent pivoter autour de leur point central sur l'arbre intermédiaire.
