Syringes for medical and diagnostic purposes have a gripping strip on the syringe barrel as an abutment for when the plunger is pushed into the syringe barrel during the administration process. The connection of the gripping strip to the syringe barrel has to withstand high pulling forces during this process, of up to 100 N. It is known to attach the gripping strip as a separate plastic part firmly to the syringe barrel, namely by means of a hollow-cylindrical seat (2) whose outside diameter is smaller than the inside diameter of the syringe barrel and in which there are moulded onto the outer surface catch elements (3) for a positive-locking operative connection to the syringe barrel, which has an internal undercut complementary to the catch elements (3), it being possible to introduce into the interior of the seat (2) a securing ring (4) for maintaining the operative connection. In order to reduce the manufacturing and mounting outlay, the securing ring (4) is integrally connected via predetermined breaking points (5) in a non-securing position to the interior of the seat (2) and is displaceable into the securing position as the syringe barrel is placed over the seat (2), the outer surface of the seat (2) being constructed only in peripheral portions and in gaps therebetween the catch elements (3) for the positive-locking operative connection to the internal undercut of the syringe barrel being moulded on.

Elles comportent une collerette de préhension sur le corps de seringue servant de butée pour le piston lorsque ce dernier est poussé dans le corps de seringue pendant l'injection. Le raccord de la collerette au corps de seringue doit supporter pendant l'injection de grandes forces de tirage, jusqu'à 100 N. Il est possible de fixer solidement la collerette au corps de seringue, comme partie de plastique individuelle, notamment au moyen d'un siège creux cylindrique (2) dont le diamètre externe est inférieur au diamètre interne du corps de seringue et sur la surface externe duquel sont moulés des éléments d'accrochage (3) permettant d'obtenir une connexion à verrouillage positif avec le corps de seringue. Ce dernier comporte un dégagement interne complémentaire aux éléments d'accrochage (3). De plus, il est possible d'introduire à l'intérieur du siège (2) un anneau de fixation (4) pour maintenir la connexion. Afin de réduire les dépenses de fabrication et d'assemblage, l'anneau de fixation (4) est relié intégralement à la surface intérieure du siège (2), dans une position non fixe, au moyen de points de rupture (5) prédéterminés et se place dans une position fixe au moment où le corps de seringue est placé par-dessus le siège (2). Toutefois, la surface externe du siège (2) est formée seulement sur les parties périphériques de la collerette et dans les écarts entre les éléments d'accrochage (3), ce qui permet de verrouiller de façon positive le siège au dégagement interne moulé sur le corps de seringue.
