Abstract Of The Disclosure The disclosure relates to ground fault receptacles having novel circuit arrangements including means for protecting components against damage due to high transient voltages in the circuit by providing discontinuities in the wiring board and eliminating the components normally provided for transient voltage protection. Other features include novel means for surface mounting an SCR on a circuit board, and for mounting and moving the elements by which proper circuit operation is tested.
