The present invention provides immunogenic synthetic fusion polypeptide which stimulates an immune response against a selected pathogen, comprising at least two immunogenic polypeptides from a Group A streptococci of at least 10 amino acids in length which are capable of stimulating an immune response agianst Group A streptococci, and a peptide C terminal to the immunogenic polypeptide which protects the immunogenicity of the immunogenic portion, wherein the C-terminal peptide is not required to stimulate an immune response against Group A streptococci.
L'invention a pour objet un polypeptide synthétique immunogène de fusion qui stimule une réponse immunitaire contre un pathogène choisi et qui comprend au moins deux polypeptides immunogènes sélectionnés parmi les streptocoques du groupe A qui ont une longueur d'au moins 10 acides aminés, et capables de stimuler une réponse immunitaire contre les streptocoques du groupe A, et une extrémité C-terminale de peptide, du côté du polypeptide immunogène qui protège l'immunogénicité de la partie immunogène. Le peptide C-terminal ne doit pas nécessairement stimuler une réponse immunitaire contre les streptocoques du groupe A.
