ABSTRACT GROWTH CALCULATOR A calculator or slide rule form provides data concerning child growth, two relatively movable members of the calculator having scales respectively representing age and a growth parameter, and these members also respectively bearing at least one index and a set of graduations representing proportionate data involving said parameter. Setting of the members to juxtapose the age and parameter value on the scales for a given child causes the related index to show from the graduations a proportionate valuation of the value relative to an appropriate child population. The parameter can be height or weight, and in a preferred form the calculator has a base member co-operable with two further members to provide height and weight data, while the further members co-operate to provide height-for-weight data. Normally there will be separate scales to provide data for boys and girls.
