The present invention relates compounds of the formula (I), in which R0, Q, X, Q', D, R10 and V have the meanings indicated in the claims. The compounds of the formula I are valuable pharmacologically active compounds. They exhibit a strong antithrombotic effect and are suitable, for example, for the therapy and prophylaxis of cardiovascular disorders like thromboembolic diseases or restenoses. They are reversible inhibitors of the blood clotting enzymes factor Xa(Fxa) and/or factor VIIa(FVIIa), and can in general be applied in conditions in which an undesired activity of factor Xa and/or factor VIIa is present or for the cure or prevention of which an inhibition of factor Xa and/or factor VIIa is intended. The invention furthermore relates to processes for the preparation of compounds of the formula (I), their use, in particular as active ingredients in pharmaceuticals, and pharmaceutical preparations comprising them.

La présente invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R¿0?, Q, X, Q', D, R¿10? et V sont tels que spécifiés dans les revendications. Ces composés sont des principes actifs intéressants d'un point de vue pharmacologique. Se distinguant par leur puissante action antithrombotique, ils conviennent notamment pour le traitement et la prévention de troubles cardio-vasculaires et notamment les affections thromboemboliques ou les resténoses. Constituant des inhibiteurs réversibles des enzymes facteurs de la coagulation sanguine et notamment du facteur Xa (Fxa) et/ou du facteur VIIa (FVIIa), on peut les utiliser de façon générale dans des états dans lesquels se produit une activité malvenue du facteur Xa et/ou du facteur VIIa ou pour soigner ou prévenir des états pour lesquels une inhibition du facteur Xa et/ou du facteur VIIa est rendue nécessaire. L'invention concerne en outre, d'une part des procédés permettant l'élaboration des composés représentés par la formule (I), d'autre part leur utilisation, notamment comme principes actifs de produits pharmaceutiques, et enfin des spécialités pharmaceutiques les comprenant.
