The invention relates to the guanine derivatives of general formula (I), and to hydrates or solvents thereof, for use as neuropeptide FF receptor antagonists in the treatment of pains and hyperalgesia, of withdrawal symptoms of addiction to alcohol, psychotropic drugs or nicotine and in the prevention of or recovery from these addictions, for the regulation of insulin release, food intake, memory functions, blood pressure, electrolyte and energy metabolism, and in the treatment of urinary incontinence.

L'invention concerne des dérivés de guanidine représentés par la formule générale (I), ainsi que des hydrates ou des solvates de ces dérivés, ces composés pouvant être utilisés comme antagonistes des récepteurs du neuropeptide FF pour traiter la douleur et l'hyperalgésie, ainsi que des symptômes de sevrage en cas de dépendance à l'alcool, aux psychotropes ou à la nicotine et pour empêcher ou supprimer ce type de dépendance, pour réguler la libération de l'insuline, l'absorption d'éléments nutritifs, les fonctions mnésiques, la pression artérielle, l'équilibre électrolytique et l'équilibre énergétique et pour traiter l'incontinence urinaire.
