A conveyor belt aligning device (1) comprising a support frame (2) mounted on a support beam (3) and being substantially horizontal pivotable about a first axis (4), the support frame (2) comprising a frame formed by a cross member (6) and a lever arm (8) extending from the cross member (6); at least one conveyor belt support roller (10) mounted on the cross member (6) of the support frame (2); a guide roller (14, 15) mounted on a transverse beam that is pivotably mounted on the lever arm (8) of the support frame (2) , the transverse beam (16) being pivotable about a second axis (18), the guide roller (14, 15) being adapted to engage one of the longitudinal edges of the conveyor belt; a stay member (20) extending between the support beam (3) of the support frame (2) and the transverse beam (16) so that, in use, the transverse beam (16) remains substantially perpendicular with the centre line of the conveyor belt, whereby the conveyor belt, whereby the conveyor belt aligning device (1) further comprises means for adjusting the distance (19) between the first axis (14) of the support frame and the second axis (18) of the transverse beam (16), and means for adjusting the distance between the second axis (18) of the transverse beam (16) and a central axis (26) of rotation of the guide roller (14, 15).
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alignement (1) de courroie transporteuse comportant un cadre de support (2) monté sur une poutre de support (3) et étant sensiblement pivotant à l'horizontale au niveau d'un premier axe (4), le cadre de support (2) comportant un cadre formé par une traverse (6) et un bras de levier (8) s'étendant en provenance de la traverse (6) ; au moins un rouleau de support (10) de courroie transporteuse monté sur la traverse (6) du cadre de support (2) ; un rouleau de guidage (14, 15) monté sur une poutre transversale qui est montée de manière pivotante sur le bras de levier (8) du cadre de support (2), la poutre transversale (16) étant pivotante au niveau d'un deuxième axe (18), le rouleau de guidage (14, 15) étant adapté pour entrer en contact avec l'un des bords longitudinaux de la courroie transporteuse ; un organe d'ancrage (20) s'étendant entre la poutre de support (3) du cadre de support (2) et la poutre transversale (16) de telle manière que, en cours d'utilisation, la poutre transversale (16) reste sensiblement perpendiculaire par rapport à l'axe de la courroie transporteuse, ce par quoi le dispositif d'alignement (1) de la courroie transporteuse comporte par ailleurs un moyen pour ajuster la distance (19) entre le premier axe (14) du cadre de support et le deuxième axe (18) de la poutre transversale (16), et un moyen pour ajuster la distance entre le deuxième axe (18) de la poutre transversale (16) et un axe central (26) de rotation du rouleau de guidage (14, 15).
