The guide blade (1) has in the interior a hollow space (6) acted upon by vacuum and at least one opening, provided with a porous cover (7) having capillaries (11), for fluid suction in the region of the blade edge (4) situated downstream. A guide blade (1) is to be created which is provided with effective fluid suction which does not result in any reduction in the efficiency of the turbine. This is achieved when all capillaries of the porous cover (7) are filled with the fluid to be drawn off, and when a wall withstanding the application of vacuum is formed by the porous cover (7) and the liquid-filled capillaries (11). This wall is permeable to the fluid only where it is wetted by the fluid.
