ABSTRACT A guide device and replaceable connection end for offshore hose ends has a cylindrical hose end adapter and a conical shaped guide shoe that is fixed to the end of a flexible hose for guiding the hose end over a cylindrical hose end adapter fixed to the end of another hose end for connection. The cylindrical adapters are adapted to fit together to form a high pressure, sealedconnection.
