ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention refers to a guide device for a drill for producing the drilling for the introduction of a femur-neck screw when a medullary pin has already been introduced in the femur, a drill template which is removably attached swingably and vertically adjustably to the proximal end of the medullary pin being provided, said template having at least two drill holes which are at a horizontal distance from each other which corresponds to at least the diameter of the medullary pin.
