The invention relates to a guide holder (2) in the form of a unitary piece shaped from a cylindrical bar. The holder (2) includes two portions: an L shaped portion in the form of a flat having a branch defining the foot (5); and a cylindrical portion or rod (4) on which can slide an adjustable linking system between said holder (2) and said guide.
