The invention concerns a guide rail comprising above the tie pad of its core (3) a railhead (4) formed by two cambered convex flanks (5) and (6) whereof the top parts form upper ramps (13) and (14) serving as running track for inclined guide rollers and assembled by a linking zone (8). Said upper ramps are extended downwards by curved surfaces (12) and (13) followed by lower ramps (15) and (16). The guide rail comprises in certain places engaging-releasing zones formed by opposite slots (21) and (22) in the form of an indentation towards the core (3) central portion for example a linear recess of the curve of each flank so as to allow a guide roller shoulder or stub to pass without materially spacing or modifying the inclination. Said invention is of interest to rail producers and manufacturers of rail-guided road vehicles.
Le rail de guidage comporte au-dessus de la semelle de son âme (3) un champignon (4) formé de deux flancs bombés convexes (5 et 6) dont les parties supérieures forment des rampes supérieures (13 et 14) servant de piste de roulement aux galets de guidage inclinés et sont réunies par une zone de raccordement (8). Ces rampes supérieures se prolongent vers le bas par des arrondis (12 et 13) suivis par des rampes inférieures (15 et 16). Le rail de guidage comporte à certains endroits des zones d'engagement-dégagement formés de deux encoches opposées (21 et 22) sous la forme d'un retrait vers la partie centrale de l'âme (3) par exemple un évidement linéaire du bombé de chaque flanc de manière à permettre le passage de l'épaulement ou du mentonnet d'au moins un galet de guidage sans écartement notable ou modification d'inclinaison. Cette invention intéresse les producteurs de rails et les fabricants de véhicules routiers autoguidés par rail.
