ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A nuclear fuel assembly including a sleeve that surrounds a guide tube which guide tube extends through a cellular void in a spacer grid. The sleeve is attached to a wall of the cellular void so that it need not be attached to the guide tube. The sleeve has tabs projecting outwardly therefrom to modify the flow of a coolant.
